Warranty Service

NOVA Italia products are supported by warranty conditions provided by the consumer code.

All components and production processes are subjected to strict controls that allow an high reliability production.

If, despite that, within the first 24 months from the date of purchase, the product shows malfunctions due to manufacturing defects, the final user can access to warranty service on following conditions:

  • the product must show malfunctions due to manufacturing defects;
  • it has to be no more than 24 months from the date of purchase;
  • the Customer must possess the purchasing proof (sales receipt or invoice);
  • the Customer must have filled (when available) the warranty card.

All products in which the claimed defect is caused by improper use (force, negligence, tampering or unauthorized repairs) will not enjoy warranty service.

It’s also noted that warranty doesn’t cover damages caused by use of non-original spare parts and/or accessories with features that may damage the device or significantly shorten the performance.
